Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Multiple insurance options are available for medical, dental and vision plans for eligible team members.
Life Insurance The company provides eligible team members with coverage equal to their base annual salary. Team members have the opportunity to purchase additional coverage at group rates. Dependent life insurance is also available at a low cost.
Short and Long Term Disability Team members are eligible for these benefits after one year of eligible employment.
Paid Time Off (PTO) PTO allows you the flexibility to use your time to fit your needs. These days may be used for vacation, holiday, personal, sick time or any other activity that requires you be absent from work.
Savings Plus Plan (Qualified Retirement Plan) Team members are eligible to contribute upon hire. After one year of service, Bayfront Medical Center contributes a percentage of the team member’s salary towards their savings plan, and provides matching funds up to a certain percentage.
Tuition Reimbursement Upon employment, team members are eligible for tuition and book expense coverage up to a certain amount.
Flexible Spending Medical and dependent care options available for tax-free reimbursement of eligible expenses
